It is Superbowl Time Y’all! I have a wonderful easy onion dip from scratch. That’s right I just scratch it out of the packet! You start with a pack of Onion Soup Mix. Stir this into a pint of sour cream and chill before serving. You can add a little parmesan or bleu cheese with it if you like or sprinkle a little cajun spice if you like. Now this goes well with your favorite cracker, chips or vegetables.
I also like to cut up a little spam and place on a tray with some cheese whiz. They go great on saltines. If you want to go real easy and little mess just serve those Nasty Snacks with your favorite beer!
